Integrated Marketing Specialist – CBS Stations
Key Responsibilities
Support Account Executives and Manager of Integrated Marketing with the creation of cohesive presentations, one‑sheets, and LinkedIn graphics.
Develop new sponsorship and integration opportunities for local markets within scope.
Project‑manage marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are produced on time and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with Revenue and Media teams to elevate sponsorship concepts across linear, streaming, and digital channels.
Work with Research to update marketing collateral using current viewership and audience data.
Assist Account Executives and Account Managers with campaign recap activities.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles; experience in integrated marketing within media is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.
Understanding of integrated marketing strategies, advertising, and sponsorships with a willingness to learn.
Strong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple tasks.
Effective presentation skills and an eye for design and detail.
Basic data analysis skills for insights and data‑driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000, depending on geography and experience.
