Position Summary
The
Sales Executive Assistant Intern
participates in a structured, hands‑on learning experience focused on sales operations, client engagement, and executive-level support. This role provides exposure to sales strategy, CRM management, lead generation, and business development processes within a supervised and guided environment. Participants may engage at different levels within the program’s tiered structure (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced) depending on prior experience, engagement, and program needs.

Sales pipeline development and tracking

Lead generation and prospect research
Sales reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
Executive‑level administrative and operational support
Program Activities
Supporting sales executives with scheduling, follow‑ups, and communications
Assisting with lead generation, outreach campaigns, and prospect qualification
Participating in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and pipeline reviews
Collaborating with marketing and operations teams on growth initiatives
Maintaining CRM data accuracy and assisting with reporting dashboards
Communicating questions, observations, or feedback to program leadership
Participation Expectations
Engage consistently in program activities and scheduled sessions
Maintain professional communication with program coordinators and leadership
Participate in a structured, team‑based learning environment
Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn
Qualifications Education / Background
Students currently enrolled in a degree program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred)
Recent graduates
Early‑career professionals
Individuals seeking to gain experience in sales, business development, or executive support
Skills & Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational and time‑management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic understanding of sales concepts (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or project management tools (preferred)
Professionalism and discretion when supporting executive‑level functions
Work Environment This is a remote or hybrid learning environment involving structured sessions, guided activities, and virtual collaboration.
