We’re looking for a Marketing Generalist who can take ideas from concept to completion — supporting our commercial brokerage team while driving company-wide marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and deliver results.

What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be a key partner to both our brokerage team and broader organization:
Commercial Brokerage Marketing Support
Create marketing materials for property listings (brochures, flyers, email campaigns)
Maintain listings across platforms like LoopNet, Crexi, CoStar, and company website
Coordinate property signage, including design, vendors, and logistics
Manage digital marketing efforts (website, email, social media)
Conduct market research and present insights to support strategy
Company-Wide Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute campaigns across multiple business lines
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
Content & Asset Creation
Develop digital and print marketing assets
Maintain brand consistency across all materials
Organize and manage shared asset libraries
Event Planning & Coordination
Support events like property tours, open houses, and client events
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and promotional materials
Marketing Project Management
Manage multiple marketing requests and timelines
Serve as a central hub for project coordination across teams
Strategic Support
Assist with marketing budgets, planning, and performance tracking
Identify opportunities to improve visibility and lead generation
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of marketing experience (real estate, construction, or related industry preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and MS Office
Experience with social media, email marketing, and website management
Strong understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color)
Ability to conduct research and translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience coordinating events and working with external vendors is a plus
