Our client, a major national law firm, is seeking an experienced
Real Estate Paralegal
to join its Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a sophisticated real estate practice on complex commercial transactions. Will support commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, reviewing title, survey, and zoning materials, preparing and managing closing documents and checklists, handling recordings and closing books, drafting and filing UCCs, preparing Land Court and registry filings, assisting with foreclosure matters, and drafting a variety of real estate documents such as leases, purchase agreements, deeds, easements, and formation documents. The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate experience in a law firm. Proficiency with iManage, InTapp, Kofax, and/or Orbital is important.
