
Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Marketing & Strategic Programs

How You’ll Make an Impact
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies, including sourcing, recruiting programs, and branding
Drive strategic sourcing by evaluating channels and branding strategies, maintaining cost-effective resources and tools for the business
Lead meetings and act as a champion for new initiatives, providing guidance for team development and reinforcing training
Develop and maintain high performance standards among team members
Monitor outreach activities to ensure compliance with EEO, FCC, OFCCP, and all federal, state, and local employment laws
Analyze recruiting and outreach efforts to assess effectiveness and continuously improve talent quality and process efficiency
Identify and select media, technology, and social solutions to support Spectrum’s talent acquisition strategy
Implement metrics to evaluate recruiting and branding program effectiveness, analyze data and communicate results to inform action plans

Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience
6+ years of recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, employer branding, or related field experience
3+ years of people leadership experience
Experience leading employer brand or candidate attraction initiatives
Experience managing digital campaigns, recruitment media, or talent marketing platforms
Skills
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and motivate others
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to make decisions and solve problems collaboratively
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to present information to management
Ability to work under pressure with sound judgment and initiative
Proficiency in personal computer and software applications
Knowledge of broadband products and services
Expert knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
Expert knowledge of staffing and employment practices
Working knowledge of market compensation trends
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels
Strategic thinking and anticipation of future trends, needs, and expectations
