The Opportunity We are searching for a Recruiter to join our growing RPO Field Sales team! This position is based out of our headquarters in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

Establish rapport and build relationships with clients and candidates

Support Mix communications with hiring managers and act as primary contact for candidates

Execute established search strategies effectively and adapt to meet the client and hiring manager needs

Appropriately prioritize requisitions and manage time to meet deadlines

Source, engage and attract high demand candidates using advanced sourcing techniques

Source passive talent and qualify all candidates

Manage entire candidate experience (conduct phone screens, keep candidates and hiring managers informed, etc.)

Learn and utilize different ATS systems to track and move candidates through process

Meet & achieve milestone deliverables (timelines, sourcing, screening, etc.)

Requirements Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred

2+ years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, preference for high-volume and/or project-based recruitment

Life science recruitment experience preferred

Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products, Applicant Tracking Systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Demonstrated ability to source, engage and attract high demand candidates
