Call Center Representative LHH Recruitment is partnering with a corporate organization near the Mesa/Tempe area. This company is looking to add a call center representative to their expanding team. This job is Monday-Friday with a 6am start time. The hourly rate is $21/hr. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional service across both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) interactions. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails while delivering accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional and positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner Assist both B2C and B2B customers with inquiries, order status, account questions, and issue resolution Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes Document all customer interactions in the system with a high level of detail and accuracy Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needs Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and policies Qualifications: 1+ year of call xywuqvp center or high-volume customer service experience preferred Experience supporting both B2C and/or B2B customers is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet attendance expectations
