Proactively research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities. Execute personalized email outreach campaigns to engage prospects and secure initial meetings. Qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet the criteria for a good fit before passing them to the Account Executive team. Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in research, personalization, and task management. Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their pain points and aligning our solutions to their business needs. Accurately track and manage all prospecting activities, account information, and sales data in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualified meetings booked. A willingness to tackle net-new territories (conquesting) and adapt strategies for new product offerings is essential. What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)

1-3 year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR). Highly proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, specifically HubSpot. Comfortable managing pipelines, logging activities, and generating reports. Required experience with AI tools used for sales, research, or content generation (e.g., specific AI writing assistants, data enrichment platforms). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone presence. Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred. Proven experience and success specifically running high-performing email outreach and cold-calling campaigns. Experience in a startup or other high-growth environment is a significant plus. Proven success in conquesting new markets or supporting new product Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) or other technology/tech sales environments is a strong plus. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) preferred.
