General Function: The Account Manager serves as the primary relationship lead for assigned members across PERC & Opti-Port. This role drives member growth, engagement & retention through strategic account management, vendor alignment, onboarding & education. In partnership with vendors, facilitators & internal teams, the Account Manager ensures operational excellence, compliance & delivery of measurable value. Major Duties And Responsibilities

Account Management: Relationship manager for key & multi-location members, ensuring engagement across all programs. Conduct business reviews focused on performance, vendor utilization, profitability & growth opportunities. Support new member recruitment & onboarding. Maintain consistent communication to drive satisfaction, retention & lifecycle engagement. Partner with study group facilitators to strengthen participation & program adoption. Vendor Alignment & Program Compliance: Ensure accounts are aligned with vendor partners, maintaining accurate reporting & rebate eligibility. Collaborate with vendors & internal stakeholders to secure & sustain program compliance. Educate members on vendor contracts, program benefits & compliance requirements. Monitor participation levels & implement corrective action when alignment gaps exist. Advocate for members to ensure timely issue resolution & maximize partnership value. Frame Program Management: Serve as SME for all frame programs; lead frame initiatives. Conduct frame analyses incorporating managed care, reimbursement & product mix evaluations. Develop Frame Program Growth Model to support profitability & benchmarking. Data & Performance Analysis: Evaluate vendor & frame data, identify trends & deliver actionable recommendations. Prepare reports & executive presentations summarizing findings & growth strategies. Maintain accurate CRM documentation of analyses, business reviews & account updates. Education, Training & Representation: Represent PERC & Opti-Port at member and industry meetings, including Elevate Conference & SPARK Meeting. Develop & deliver educational content for in-person and virtual sessions. Support internal training to ensure consistent member support & vendor engagement. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent industry experience. 7+ years' experience in optical industry. 5+ years in account management (multi-location), business development or vendor relations. Strong analytical & data interpretation skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & CRM systems. Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills. Ability to influence stakeholders. Strong organizational skills. Ability to travel 2535%. Strong knowledge of frame programs, managed care structures & reimbursement models.
