We are looking for our next Executive Chef to join our Food & Beverage team at 17 Arrows Kraft Kitchen & Bar.

Responsibilities As Executive Chef, you will work with culinary, restaurant, and catering teams to deliver excellent service and uphold our high standards. You will:

Lead daily kitchen operations ensuring quality and consistency.

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute menu concepts based on seasonal and Southern flavors.

Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and performance.

Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Assist in budget management, including labor and food costs.

Support marketing campaigns and special events.

Qualifications You thrive in fast‑paced environments, can lift up to 30 lbs, walk/stand for long periods, and are comfortable addressing conflicts. You have a keen eye for detail, prioritize guest experience, and possess strong organizational and time‑management skills. Flexibility to work various shifts—including days, evenings, and weekends—is required.
