Lead a global finance transformation program enabling AI-ready, cloud-based data capabilities
The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Consultant
to lead the governance and delivery of a cloud program. You will work across global Finance and Technology teams to drive alignment, ensure robust governance, and deliver key transformation outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead governance and delivery of the Cloud program, ensuring alignment across global stakeholders
Will support AI readiness and advanced analytics capabilities
Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, and Data to deliver key workstreams
Prepare and deliver materials for senior governance forums, including steering committees and leadership meetings
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading large-scale programs within financial services or consulting environments
Experience with cloud adoption and data migration initiatives (e.g., Snowflake)
Stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication
Experience establishing and managing governance frameworks and PMO activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with structured problem-solving abilities
Bonus Points For
Exposure to AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics initiatives
Experience working across global teams and managing distributed delivery
Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and risk-controlled environments
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
