
Corporate Tax Intern

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Tax Intern to join our tax team for the upcoming term. This internship is designed for students who want hands-on experience in corporate taxation and U.S. tax compliance within a fast-paced business environment. You'll work closely with experienced tax professionals and gain exposure to real-world tax processes that support strategic business decisions.
What You'll Do
Assist with corporate tax return preparation: Support the preparation of federal, state, and U.S. international tax filings and related schedules.
Perform tax research: Analyze regulations, rulings, and tax law changes to help the team interpret impacts on the business.
Organize and maintain tax documentation: Ensure accurate and complete workpapers for audits and internal reviews.
Participate in special projects: Contribute to process improvements, technology initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with accounting, finance, and operations to collect and validate tax-related information.
What We're Looking For
Current student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in corporate tax or public accounting
