Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner Relations & Onboarding Associate, located in Woodland Hills, CA. The Associate will be responsible for onboarding new partners, managing relationships with existing partners, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Proficiency in onboarding and training processes, with attention to detail
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in payment solutions or related industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is beneficial
Must be fluent in Spanish
Occasional travel may be required
Experience in customer service, onboarding, or partner support roles preferred
What You'll Do
Manage partner onboarding from kickoff through completion
Serve as a primary point of contact for partner and customer inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner needs
Provide training and guidance to new partners
Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion
Identify and resolve issues to improve partner and customer experience

$27 – $29 per hour (Non-Exempt)
