What You’ll Do:
Review reports and new business submissions to determine proper risk classification and eligibility
Process policy change requests, handle data entry, and complete all necessary follow-up actions
Review claims and inspection notifications, then recommend action and notify agency partners
Answer inquiries from agents, mortgage companies, and insureds regarding billing and coverage
Provide guidance and solutions to underwriting assistants as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Active
4-40 or
2-20 license
required
1-3 years
of insurance-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and training
Willingness to obtain
CPCU/API
designations if not already achieved
Ability to interact professionally with agents, customers, and team members
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with basic mathematical proficiency
Comfortable with data entry and navigating multiple systems
