About the Role
Visionary Homes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the marketing team. This role offers hands‑on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including campaign coordination, content creation, digital marketing, and events.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early‑career professional looking to gain real‑world marketing experience while contributing to meaningful projects that drive business growth.
This is an onsite position based at our St George office.
Responsibilities Campaign Support
Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels
Help track timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance
Support coordination between internal teams and external partners
Content Creation
Assist in creating marketing materials such as social media posts, email content, and basic copywriting
Coordinate with the design team to support development of marketing assets
Help maintain brand consistency across all materials
Digital Marketing Support
Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and engagement monitoring
Support email marketing efforts and website updates
Help track and report on basic performance metrics (KPIs)
Create and manage assets for website
Event Support
Assist with planning and execution of events, community outreach, and promotional activities
Help coordinate logistics such as materials, setup, and communication
Market Research
Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences
Compile findings and share insights with the marketing team
Administrative Support
Help maintain marketing databases and contact lists
Assist with organizing files, tracking invoices, and general team support tasks
Support reporting efforts for marketing initiatives
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital media
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively
Availability if we have a Saturday or after‑hours event
Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
Requires prolonged sitting while working at the computer
May require the ability to walk around job sites
Ability to lift 50 lbs
