Job Summary Corporate Relations Coordinator, Business College, Arlington, TX. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. Requires evening/weekend availability and travel to corporate locations around the DFW area. Salary: up to $54,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with employer partners and develop a targeted prospect list to recruit to campus.

Serve as the CoB main point of contact for corporate inquiries from new partners and sponsors.

Work closely with departments and the Career Development Center to coordinate engagements such as the Dr. Jackie Fouse Connection Court.

Engage alumni to identify employment opportunities for students.

Develop and maintain a database of employers for use by CoB departments, program advisors, and directors.

Provide monthly and annual reporting on employer engagement, student internships, and placement.

Gather employment trends, professional skill needs, and other labor-related information to educate students and faculty.

Disseminate this advice through the BCOM Professionalism Labs.

Identify opportunities for career‑development activities.

Assist in sourcing potential guest speakers for classes and events such as Business Week, Accounting Firm Night, Finance and Real Estate Week.

Collaborate with the Corporate Relations Director to enhance opportunities for the college.

Solicit corporate partnerships.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field and at least three (3) years of relevant work experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Business bachelor’s degree from an AACSB/EQUIS/AMBA accredited institution and five (5) years of direct experience in a business, military, educational, or non‑profit organization.

Five (5) years of recruiting and/or sales experience.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.

Effective organizational skills and ability to plan and execute projects on time.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with database applications.

Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.

Ability to generate new relationships with corporations.

Ability to work well in teams or independently.

Independent thinking, judgment, and decision‑making skills.

Strong organization and collaboration skills with computer literacy.

Other Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
