IMMEDIATE HIRE - ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER - Up to $23/HR + EXCELLENT COMMISSION POTENTIAL!
Monarch Investment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our FAMILY at Arcadia Grove Apartments in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
We offer competitive pay up to $23.00 an hour plus ALL RENEWAL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS up to $75/renewal and $75/rental!
Arcadia Grove is a GORGEOUS 302 unit conventional market rate community in a desired location.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles and assists with lease renewals
Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents
Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
Yardi experience is preferred
Ability to pass a soft credit review
Compensation and Benefits Available:
Up to $23.00 an hour
