Salary : $17–$18 per hour Shift : First Work Hours : 9 AM – 5:30 PM Education Requirements : High School (required)
Qualifications
Previous experience with I‑9 verification or HR compliance
Hands‑on proficiency with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
Eye for errors—you don’t let the small things slip through the cracks.
Professional, reliable, and “can‑do” attitude
Years of experience: 2 years
Responsibilities
Conduct a high‑level review of I‑9 documents to ensure 100 % compliance with federal regulations.
Utilize UKG/HRIS to track document status, flag missing information, and update employee records.
Maintain organized logs of audit findings to help the team stay “audit‑ready” at all times.
