Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
Assist customers in-person and over the phone with accurate parts information
Manage and stock incoming inventory in the correct locations
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
Accurately price parts and accessories and maintain up‑to‑date system records
Promote current specials and value‑added offerings
Represent the company’s values in every interaction with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications
2+ years of automotive parts department experience (preferred)
1+ year of sales experience (preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual is a plus
All applicants must pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
