The Role
The
Assistant Director of Recruiting
plays a critical role in supporting and executing the company’s talent acquisition strategy. This role partners closely with the HR Director to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across all levels of the organization while upholding our commitment to genuine hospitality and exceptional candidate experience.
This position is both strategic and hands‑on—balancing recruiting operations, agency partnerships, and full‑cycle hiring support with a focus on quality, efficiency, and brand alignment.
What we will ask of you:
Support the development and execution of company‑wide recruiting strategies aligned with business needs
Lead full‑cycle recruiting for select roles across corporate and field operations
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
Ensure all roles are marketed effectively across job boards, social platforms, and internal channels
Champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
Ensure consistent communication, timely follow‑ups, and thoughtful candidate engagement
Uphold and promote the company’s employer brand across all recruiting touchpoints
Serve as a primary point of contact for recruiting agencies and external partners
Ensure agency submissions meet company vetting standards and submission requirements
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for high‑priority and hard‑to‑fill roles
Maintain applicant tracking systems
Ensure accuracy and consistency in candidate data, notes, and hiring workflows
Track recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.) and provide insights
Support and mentor junior recruiters or hiring managers in best practices
Collaborate with HR and operations leadership to forecast hiring needs
Assist in developing recruiting tools, resources, and training materials
Requirements for Success:
3-6+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality or multi‑unit environments
Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and job boards (e.g., Indeed, Hireology, LinkedIn)
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
