Job Description You will provide input on decisions, which have an impact on overall HR policy at serviced commands. You will serve as consultant to management on all ER/LR issues with overall responsibility for resolving controversial, complex problems. You will provide authoritative technical assistance and solutions to problems/issues. You will develop agreements between management and labor organizations, alternative dispute resolutions, contract negotiations, arbitration hearings, unfair labor practice complaints, etc.
