Dimension Construction Inc. is looking for a dedicated, hands-on Punch List Specialist to join our Field Operations team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who takes pride in finishing projects the right way down to the smallest detail. As the final eyes and hands on-site, you'll perform a wide range of tasks to ensure completed commercial projects meet all client standards and expectations. This position involves hands-on work, frequent travel, and a focus on quality, safety, and presentation. Who We Are

Travel to active or recently completed job sites to complete punch list items Perform light carpentry, caulking, painting, hardware installation, and pressure washing Identify and correct minor defects to meet company and client quality standards Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure all final work is completed on time Maintain a clean and professional appearance of job sites prior to client turnover Perform labor-intensive tasks and minor repairs as needed Keep accurate records of completed punch list tasks and communicate progress Support job site readiness for inspections and final walkthroughs Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on construction or building maintenance experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Comfortable with physical, labor-intensive work and working outdoors Ability to perform light carpentry, finish work, pressure washing, and general site prep Self-starter with strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Work sites located across the Southeast Strong communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy enough to use a tablet or smartphone for punch list documentation Valid driver's license required Benefits
