We're growing our team and looking for a motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Service Center. If you thrive on connecting with people, enjoy influencing customer decisions, and take pride in turning conversations into appointments, we want to hear from you. As a Service BDC Representative, you'll be the voice and first impression of our Service Department. Your role will focus on driving service business through proactive communication and persuasive follow-up: Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments Use sales and negotiation techniques to encourage customers to bring their vehicles in for maintenance, recalls, and repairs Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with a goal-oriented, customer-first mindset Overcome objections and present the value of timely service and genuine Subaru care Follow up with previous customers, missed appointments, and declined services to convert opportunities into booked appointments Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and management to maximize daily shop capacity Maintain detailed, accurate records and consistently meet or exceed service appointment goals Qualifications
Required: Minimum one year of Automotive BDC experience required; experience with luxury brands (Audi, Lexus, Porsche, etc.) is preferred. Proven sales or negotiation ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Energetic, upbeat, and professional attitude Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Dependable, polished, and driven to succeed Schedule
Plus one additional weekday off. Compensation
This position offers $22.00/hour, $24.00/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses, including Individual Appointment Shown incentives. Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Benefits
