Description The hand2mind Brand team is seeking an intern to contribute to annual marketing projects and processes, including market research for new product development, influencer recruiting and community management, and assistance in refreshing the hand2mind Brand Store.

Responsibilities

Develop hands‑on experience in social listening and market research influencing the development of new educational toys and tools.

Understand the execution of an innovative strategy to build a community of content creators and affiliates.

Work cross‑functionally with the creative team to help develop unique digital resources to support e‑commerce selling.

Market Research Support

Pull social listening and retail insights to support new product development.

Support brand team research needs cross‑functionally in terms of data organization.

Leverage qualitative insights to inform product and messaging.

Community Management & Content Tracking (IG + TikTok)

Identify and save posts not tagged by the brand via our social media channels to help measure total social footprint.

Engage with external social media posts where appropriate to support brand voice.

Contribute to growth of our affiliate network by identifying potential creators for future partnerships.

Brand Store Refresh (Canva)

Update Brand store assets in Canva to align with customer search intent.

Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to shift assets from product‑line language to use/solution‑based messaging.

Translate cross‑functional insights into visual content.

Requirements / Ideal Attributes
We’re seeking an intern who is strong in social‑native thinking, has experience with content creation, good people skills, and superior organization skills. Best for students who live on TikTok/IG and understand social culture.

Compensation
$20 per hour
