About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to break into sales, develop strong communication skills, and build a career in business development. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and target markets
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest
Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales representatives
Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or relevant work experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with a competitive and goal‑oriented mindset
Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
