We are looking for a proven sales performer who has taken a B2B SaaS solution through the growth stages of a high‑velocity startup and driven meaningful adoption within mid‑market accounts. You will play a critical role in scaling our commercial sales motion while building the foundation for enterprise expansion.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of closing experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
Track record of success in high‑growth, fast‑paced startup environments at the Series A through C stage
Deep experience owning the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, demonstrations, negotiation, and close
Proven ability to evolve deal strategy and sales approach as buyer complexity increases across market segments
Strong command of deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
Consistent history of closing mid‑market deals at $30,000 ACV and above
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed both quarterly and annual revenue targets
Self‑starter mentality with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership
Exceptional communicator – confident, clear, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats
High emotional intelligence with a natural ability to earn trust and drive consensus across all stakeholder levels
Responsibilities
Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience strongly preferred
Highly motivated with an innate sense of drive, creativity, and discipline
Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute
Results‑oriented and proactive with minimal need for direction
Skilled at building lasting relationships with prospects, clients, and cross‑functional internal partners
