A fast-growing SaaS/AI startup is hiring 20+ Account Executives to help scale its next phase of growth in New York.
This is a high-impact opportunity for proven full-cycle sellers who thrive in startup environments and know how to build pipeline, run complex sales cycles, and close technical deals with business and engineering stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Build and generate pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and network
- Run discovery, demos, objection handling, and negotiations
- Sell into mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Engage multiple stakeholders including CTO, VP Engineering, RevOps, and business leaders
- Drive deal progression and expansion opportunities
- Partner closely with founders, GTM leadership, and product teams
- Help shape repeatable sales motions as the company scales
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–8+ years of Account Executive / full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Experience closing $20K–$1M+ ACV
- Quota ownership of $500K–$2M+ ARR
- Consistent 100–150%+ quota attainment
- Strong pipeline generation and self-sourcing ability
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, data, devtools, or technical platform products
- Comfortable selling to both technical and business buyers
- Startup experience in Seed to Series B environments strongly preferred
- Experience in founder-led to AE-led GTM transitions is a major plus
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $100,000–$160,000
- Hybrid in San Francisco or New York
