The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will lead all paid and organic media initiatives across the Instant Pot Brands portfolio. This role owns social, influencer, and affiliate marketing while serving as the steward of brand voice, tone, and digital execution. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with brand leadership to deliver measurable growth and long-term brand equity. Key Responsibilities Own paid and organic media strategy across social, influencer, and affiliate channels Drive full-funnel performance across awareness, conversion, and retention Test, optimize, and scale high-performing channels Social, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Lead paid and organic social strategy and execution Own influencer partnerships from sourcing through ROI measurement Manage and expand affiliate programs for incremental growth Brand Stewardship Own brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual consistency across digital channels Partner cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency Analytics, KPIs & Measurement Define KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and engagement metrics Build dashboards and reporting cadences to support executive decision-making Agency & Partner Management Lead media, influencer, and affiliate agency relationships Manage scopes, budgets, and performance reviews Qualifications & Experience 7–10+ years in digital marketing within consumer goods or DTC brands Deep expertise in paid social, influencer marketing, and affiliates Strong analytical and measurement capabilities Proven experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners What Success Looks Like Consistent, differentiated brand presence across digital platforms Why Instant Pot Brands Instant Pot Brands is home to iconic kitchen brands loved worldwide.
