Email Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and technically savvy Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help scale repeat customer growth and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV). If you’re passionate about building meaningful customer journeys and turning insights into revenue, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end email campaign strategy, execution, and optimization (promotional, transactional, and lifecycle)

• Design and implement retention and loyalty campaigns to drive repeat purchases

• Build and optimize automated customer journeys (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back flows)

• Manage and maintain the email service provider (ESP), ensuring deliverability and data accuracy; Manage SMS/text campaign

• Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, content, timing, and CTAs to improve performance

• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable growth strategies

• Partner with tech teams to troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and data flows

• Continuously refine segmentation and personalization strategies to create a 1:1 customer experience

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle/email marketing

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SendGrid, or similar ESPs

• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs like open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue

• Experience with audience segmentation, list management, and campaign execution

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and working cross-functionally with technical teams

• A growth mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing
