Overview
The Marketing Project Manager supports branch readiness and go‑to‑market execution for consumer credit card product launches, refreshes, acquisition offers, and process enhancements.
This role sits within a retail partnership marketing team and works cross‑functionally to ensure frontline teams are equipped with the tools, training, collateral, and updates needed to deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across a large and growing branch network.
Type: Long contract, Hybrid in New Castle County, DE
Schedule: Regulard day shift
Duration: 1 year / 12 months
Pay: $38 - $42/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
Marketing Project Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong ability to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑initiative environment with high attention to detail
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working across product, acquisition, servicing, sales, and go‑to‑market teams
- Proven ability to manage trackers, documentation, and readiness artifacts with accuracy and completeness
- Customer‑obsessed mindset with the ability to lead using the voice of the customer
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to operate within a controlled, regulated environment, adhering to risk, process, and compliance standards
Marketing Project Manager Duties
- Support branch readiness efforts for multiple credit card product launches and updates across the retail network
- Manage and track go‑to‑market updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness across readiness forums and workstreams
- Coordinate updates to banker tools, training materials, and marketing collateral, including English and Spanish versions
- Review and approve test links and materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and readiness prior to launch
- Partner with product leads, acquisition teams, sales strategy, servicing, and go‑to‑market stakeholders to understand business goals and identify field engagement opportunities
- Maintain strong operational rigor while balancing speed, quality, and customer impact across initiatives
