The
Marketing Project Manager
supports
branch readiness and go‑to‑market execution
for consumer credit card product launches, refreshes, acquisition offers, and process enhancements.
This role sits within a
retail partnership marketing team
and works cross‑functionally to ensure frontline teams are equipped with the
tools, training, collateral, and updates
needed to deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across a large and growing branch network.
Type: Long contract, Hybrid in New Castle County, DE Schedule: Regulard day shift Duration: 1 year / 12 months Pay: $38 - $42/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
Marketing Project Manager Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing , or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Strong ability to operate in a
fast‑paced, multi‑initiative environment
with high attention to detail Highly
collaborative
and comfortable working across
product, acquisition, servicing, sales, and go‑to‑market teams Proven ability to manage
trackers, documentation, and readiness artifacts
with accuracy and completeness Customer‑obsessed mindset with the ability to lead using the
voice of the customer Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills Ability to operate within a
controlled, regulated environment , adhering to
risk, process, and compliance standards

for multiple credit card product launches and updates across the retail network Manage and track
go‑to‑market updates , ensuring accuracy and completeness across readiness forums and workstreams Coordinate updates to
banker tools, training materials, and marketing collateral , including
English and Spanish versions Review and approve
test links and materials
to ensure quality, accuracy, and readiness prior to launch Partner with
product leads, acquisition teams, sales strategy, servicing, and go‑to‑market stakeholders
to understand business goals and identify field engagement opportunities Maintain strong operational rigor while balancing
speed, quality, and customer impact
across initiatives
