Responsibilities



  • Sales Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and retail partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including responding to RFQs, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Monitor and manage customer orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries
  • Achieve sales targets aligned with business strategies
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports
  • Marketing Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies, including product positioning and promotional campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Support product launches and lifecycle management with market insights
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials and promotional tools
  • Plan and support events such as trade shows, demo days, and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Track and report marketing performance using KPIs
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation in compliance with company standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications



    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Proven experience in sales (industry experience is a plus, but not required)
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
    • Ability to analyze data and make business-driven decisions
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Business-level English proficiency

    Pay range and compensation package


    Salary: $55K-$75K+Bonus
