Position Overview
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in graphic design with experience executing visual systems across experiential, digital, and print environments. You have a polished portfolio showcasing presentation design, brand development, and large-format graphics, along with the ability to take work from concept through production.
You thrive in a fast-paced agency setting, balance multiple projects with ease, and combine creative thinking with technical precision to deliver high-quality, production-ready work.
What You’ll Do:
- Design compelling visual content for client-facing presentations, event graphics, and digital and print materials
- Collaborate with the creative team, producers, and project managers to bring concepts to life
- Develop and uphold brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across projects
- Create artwork for event signage, large-scale environmental graphics, and promotional materials
- Prepare final production-ready files and coordinate with print vendors as needed
- Support internal creative initiatives including pitch decks and agency marketing assets

Experience You Bring:
- BA or BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in experiential graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
- Experience creating impactful visual decks using Canva, Google Slides, and AI tools.
- Experience designing for experiential, events and/or large format graphics
- Experience using G-Suite, Keynote, Slack and applicable design programs.
- Ability to present and explain design concepts effectively to clients and internal teams.
Perks & Compensation
- Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 a year
