Absolute Therapy Services (ATS) is a locally owned, multi-site contract therapy company serving seniors across assisted living communities on Chicago's North Shore. We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and Chronic Care Management — all under one roof, all with heart. Unlike the big national chains, we lead with relationships, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to the communities we serve.

We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us expand our reach with physician practices, assisted living facilities, and referral networks across the greater Chicagoland area.

What you'll own

  • Build and nurture relationships with primary care physicians, geriatricians, discharge planners, and assisted living administrators
  • Represent ATS in the community — attending care conferences, physician office visits, and facility events
  • Identify and close new account partnerships with assisted living facilities and senior care communities
  • Grow our Chronic Care Management (CCM) partnerships with physician practices
  • Track referral activity and pipeline in a CRM, reporting weekly to the CEO
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to communicate ATS's specialty programs (LSVT BIG & LOUD, vestibular rehab, Parkinson's management, wound care and more)
  • Develop and deliver outreach materials — facility newsletters, physician one-pagers, and presentations

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in healthcare business development, community liaison, or account management (home health, hospice , physical occupational and speech therapy, DME, or pharma background a plus)
  • Proven track record building referral relationships in a healthcare setting
  • Existing relationships with physicians, discharge planners, or ALF leadership on Chicago and North Shore is a major plus
  • Self-starter who can work independently and report results clearly
  • Strong communicator — warm, professional, and credible in both clinical and administrative settings
  • Familiarity with Medicare and senior care services preferred
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
