Division Order Analyst
to join their team! Responsible for setting up and maintaining ownership records for oil & gas assets, ensuring accurate revenue distribution and compliance. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage ownership changes and resolve title-related issues. Responsibilities: Set up and maintain divisions of interest (DOIs) for operated and non-operated properties Review title documents (leases, assignments, probate, etc.) to determine ownership Process ownership changes (WI/RI transfers) and prepare division orders Partner with Land, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate revenue setup Respond to owner and internal inquiries related to ownership and payments Maintain accurate data in land/revenue systems Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Energy Managerment or related field 5+ years of Division Order or related oil & gas experience Strong understanding of title documents and ownership structures Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with land/revenue systems (Quorum a plus) CDOA certification Perks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
