Supports the collection of receivables on accounts with no special requirements. Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Collects receivables on regional and smaller field accounts with no special requirements. Coordinates timely payment of overdue accounts with the field and customers. Reviews reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts accordingly. Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts in the database. Complies with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices. Provides exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from customers efficiently. Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED 2+ years of collections or accounting experience. Customer service or transportation experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation application systems. Benefits
