Education: M inimum High School Diploma and a bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of customer service experience
Skills: Computer literacy, MS Office experience, basic SAP knowledge (preferred but not required), and strong customer service skills
Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative supports Surface Treatment business by serving as a primary point of contact for customers while collaborating with supply chain, operations, and credit teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing. This role involves providing customer support primarily by phone, collecting and forwarding customer feedback, and proactively managing the full order-to-cash process. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused and adaptable mindset, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office. Candidates typically have at least two years of customer service experience, with a high school diploma required and a bachelor's degree preferred.
