Front Desk/Office Coordinator
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in our real estate office. In this multifaceted role, you'll be the first point of contact for our team members, clients, and vendors, and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
Greet visitors, agents, employees, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner and assist them as needed. Complete daily data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor transactions for compliance. Keep the office area tidy and supplies stocked. Assist with other administrative tasks, such as organizing, copying, and filing, etc. Ensure that incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries are managed appropriately. Learn and understand our software programs to act as a resource for our sales agents. Assist with onboarding new agents to familiarize them with the office procedures. Other administrative tasks as assigned. Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry Qualifications
Data entry experience with an eye for detail. Excellent computer skills. Exceptional customer service skills. A genuine willingness to help others. Willingness to continually grow and learn. Experience with Excel/Word/Google Sheets/Google Docs. Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
