Marketing Coordinator, Brand Marketing Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Brand Marketing team for a fast-growing CPG beverage brand. This individual will play a key role in helping bring brand campaigns, product launches, and cross-channel marketing initiatives to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about consumer brands, understands the importance of storytelling and execution, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of brand marketing initiatives across digital, social, retail, e-commerce, field marketing, and partnerships. Assist with planning and coordinating new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackers to ensure deliverables are completed on time. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, social, sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, product development, and external agencies/vendors. Help develop campaign briefs, presentations, launch documents, and recap materials. Assist in organizing and maintaining brand assets, packaging updates, product information, and marketing collateral. Support sampling programs, events, partnerships, and experiential activations to drive brand awareness and trial. Track campaign results, compile data, and support reporting on marketing performance and key learnings.
Ensure all brand communications and materials are consistent with brand voice, visual guidelines, and positioning. Provide day-to-day administrative support including invoice processing, budget tracking, sample coordination, and meeting logistics as needed. Assist with influencer and brand partnership outreach, gifting, and relationship management Support management of PR agency, including coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, sharing assets/product, and assisting with press opportunities and reporting Help plan and execute events, activations, and brand moments Manage product seeding and shipping logistics Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, social, sales, operations) and external partners Source and onboard brand partners for our VIP perks program, including vetting and coordinating partnership details
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within CPG, beverage, food, wellness, lifestyle, or retail brands. Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute across a variety of marketing initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management platforms is a plus. Passion for consumer brands, innovation, and the beverage space. Preferred Experience Experience supporting product launches, retail marketing, or integrated consumer campaigns. Exposure to shopper marketing, trade marketing, field sampling, or brand partnerships. Understanding of the CPG or beverage landscape, including retail and consumer trends. Experience working with creative assets, packaging, or point-of-sale materials is a plus.
