Regional Manager – Multifamily Property Management
We are seeking an experienced
Regional Manager
to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties, driving operational performance, financial results, and team leadership across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop on-site teams including Property Managers, Leasing, and Maintenance staff; drive accountability through regular performance reviews and coaching Own portfolio performance including
occupancy, revenue, delinquency, renewals, and expense control Analyze
P&L statements, budgets, and property KPIs
to identify trends and implement corrective strategies Conduct regular
property audits and site visits
to ensure quality, safety, and operational standards Oversee
capital projects , vendor performance, and maintenance operations to ensure timely and cost-effective execution Manage
timecards, purchase orders, and property-level expenses
within budget guidelines Lead weekly performance meetings focused on
leasing metrics, work order turnaround, and resident satisfaction Respond to operational challenges including staffing gaps, maintenance issues, and resident concerns with urgency and sound judgment Partner with executive leadership to implement
process improvements and operational initiatives Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and leasing strategies Qualifications 6+ years of
multifamily property management experience , including multi-site leadership Strong experience managing
Class B/C or value-add properties
preferred Proven ability to analyze
financials (P&L, budgets, forecasting)
and drive performance improvements Demonstrated success leading teams and improving
occupancy, retention, and operational efficiency Experience managing portfolios of
1,000+ units or multiple properties Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills Proficiency with
property management systems, reporting tools, and Excel What Success Looks Like Consistently achieving
90–95%+ occupancy and strong income performance Improving leasing conversion, reducing delinquency, and maintaining
work order completion under 72 hours Building high-performing teams with strong accountability and low turnover Operating independently while delivering clear, data-driven updates to leadership Compensation & Structure Base salary + performance-based bonus Full-time role with a mix of
