The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and play a key role in developing our US business. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a market, work with high-quality clients, and contribute to building a high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across retained and contingent searches Building and developing client relationships within energy and technology related markets Developing your own market vertical and candidate network Delivering high-quality searches across commercial and technical roles Contributing to business development and growth strategy Supporting and mentoring more junior team members
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in recruitment (agency or search) Strong billing track record Ability to build and manage client relationships Commercial mindset with a focus on long-term value Interest in working within energy / clean technology markets Ambition to grow within a scaling business
