
Sales Support Representative - Golf

SALES SUPPORT REP GOLF
PURPOSE AND OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Support the success of adidas Golf at major tournaments across the United States. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering seamless tournament execution, supporting onsite retail experiences, and strengthening relationships with customers and sales partners. You will also serve as a central point of coordination for golf sales representatives, helping manage orders, resolve issues, and deliver consistent, highquality service across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPPORT TOURNAMENT EXECUTION Assist with planning and onsite management of major golf tournaments, including product setup, staffing coordination, and order fulfillment.
ENABLE SALES AND ACCOUNT OPERATIONS Partner with Golf Sales Representatives to support territory business, manage order entry, and coordinate product needs.
MANAGE EMBELLISHMENT AND ORDER DETAILS Work closely with cresting operations and external vendors to ensure accuracy across logos, samples, and production timelines.
DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND PROBLEM SOLVING Address product availability, delivery, and order challenges while ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
ENSURE ACCURATE SYSTEM AND PROCESS EXECUTION Maintain organized order books, manage SAP activity, and deliver timesensitive reporting with precision.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong customer service focus with clear written and verbal communication
Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
Effective collaboration across cross functional teams and external partners
Problem solving skills to navigate complex order and service scenarios
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred
Minimum two years of customer service or sales related experience
Experience in apparel or footwear environments preferred
Tournament travel required approximately four to six weeks per year
Ability to lift and carry samples up to 25 lbs

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $29.81-$34.61/hour. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.
At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday.
The working location of this position is Carlsbad, CA.
