As the first recruiting hire, you will build the entire hiring engine from the ground up for a high-growth startup. You will own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering, product, and GTM roles while partnering directly with founders to define company culture, employer branding, and scalable interview processes as the team expands.

What you will do:
Build and scale recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including interview rubrics, hiring playbooks, and evaluation standards.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for highly technical roles in infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering fields.
Create and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract elite engineering talent in highly competitive markets.
The ideal candidate:
3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record at a high-growth startup or top‑tier tech firm.
Deep technical literacy with the ability to influence hiring decisions and partner effectively with engineering leaders.
