Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting and partner with senior leadership to define candidate profiles and search strategies Build proactive talent pipelines and develop outbound sourcing strategies for senior roles Enhance candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and managing the interview process
Required Qualifications
6+ years of recruiting experience, including agency and in-house roles Experience leading complex Director/VP searches and influencing senior stakeholders Proven success in high-growth or startup environments Metrics-oriented with a focus on process improvement Ability to balance speed with quality in candidate experience
