Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales Account Executives and Sales Leaders across the Americas Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies Collaborate with Sales leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure efficient hiring processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in GTM/Sales roles Proven success in sourcing and converting passive candidates using modern recruiting tools Track record of meeting goals for quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance Proficiency in structured interview techniques and complex offer negotiation Experience managing multiple concurrent searches effectively
