Serve as a trusted hiring partner to Sales leadership, advising on role design and hiring strategy Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact GTM roles, focusing on candidates in fast-paced environments Mentor and support recruiting team members while improving recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Significant experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including creative sourcing and closing complex offers Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence through trust and transparency Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists A hands-on, self-starter mindset with a willingness to take on diverse tasks
