Key Responsibilities
Partner with GTM leadership to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans for various roles Source and recruit top-tier GTM talent through creative methods and strong talent pipelines Manage full-cycle recruiting processes and serve as an advisor on market trends and compensation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles Proven track record of recruiting across all GTM levels Strong knowledge of GTM market dynamics and compensation structures Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships in high-growth environments Data-driven approach to influence stakeholders and improve processes
