Fox Motors has a Parts to Service Advisor opening in Hudsonville, Michigan at Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson. The Parts to Service Advisor plays a key role in supporting the service department by ensuring timely and accurate parts availability to maximize technician efficiency. This position serves as a liaison between parts and service, assisting both internal teams and customers with parts selection, order management, and communication. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians and customers with accurate parts selection and ordering Coordinate parts availability to support efficient service operations Provide pricing, product information, and upsell related parts as appropriate Track and follow up on special orders and backordered parts Communicate order status with service advisors and customers Process returns, credits, and ensure proper documentation Maintain product knowledge and stay current on new inventory Skills & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience and desire to work with technology to drive an exceptional customer experience. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
