Digital Quality Associate (Hybrid- In-Office & Remote)
The Digital Quality Associate is responsible for auditing dealership sales systems, CRM usage, digital tools, and customer communications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across assigned stores. The role focuses on identifying process gaps, documenting findings, and reporting system‑level issues to dealership leadership.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Wage: $26-$32 per hour
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 hours per pay period, approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Responsibilities:
Audit CRM usage and sales process compliance across assigned dealerships, including task completion, follow‑up timeliness, lead handling, and documentation standards.
Conduct regular audits of dealership digital tools and third‑party sales platforms, such as VinSolutions, Conversations, Roadster, and ProfitTime, to ensure adherence to established processes.
Review customer communications to ensure professionalism, consistency, and alignment with company standards. Document findings and elevate concerns to dealership leadership.
Audit automated digital processes and validate proper functionality across dealer and third‑party websites. Review online vehicle listings and pricing for accuracy and consistency with internal systems.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and data accuracy to identify trends, gaps, or anomalies. Escalate findings for further review.
Perform test leads to validate lead routing, CRM workflows, data capture accuracy, and response processes. Document results and report issues.
Prepare and present clear audit summaries and reports to support operational review and corrective planning.
Maintain audit documentation, logs, and performance metrics to ensure consistency, transparency, and repeatability of quality reviews.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, with VinSolutions experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with dealership digital retailing tools, lead management systems, and automotive websites.
Highly organized and extremely detail‑oriented.
Strong analytical, documentation, and written communication skills.
Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and system‑level process gaps.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
Physical ability to use computer hardware and software.
