About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Career Advancement to provide visionary leadership in connecting students with career development opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic vision that modernizes the career center, integrates career readiness into the student experience, and fosters strong partnerships with employers and alumni. This role requires a forward-thinking, collaborative leader with a deep understanding of career operations, and the ability to develop innovative, data-informed programs that anticipate workforce trends and meet the needs of a diverse student population. The AVP will also be tasked with expanding and deepening employer and alumni engagement, as well as developing revenue-generating initiatives that support the mission of the career center.

Applicants for the Associate Vice President for Career Advancement position at the company should have a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, in a relevant field. A minimum of 8 years' experience in career development, organizational leadership, or a related talent development field, and at least 5 years' of management experience, are required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of empowering teams, driving organizational transformation, and inspiring high performance.
